Dubai, UAE: Galaxy Racer announces a majority stake acquisition of one of India’s homegrown and phenomenally successful eSports organization, SynerGE Esports.
This move is a follow-up to the Team Celtz acquisition back in early July, with immediate plans underway to merge both acquired entities into one new Indian operation; Galaxy Racer in India will be at the center of the South Asian market, with Yash Singh appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer(CEO) & Sameer Peerjade as the new Chief Operating Officer(COO). Both founders have been vital in the formation and operations of SynerGE by building a talented roster of competitive players, content creators and establishing a world class production house.
Galaxy Racer is determined to nurture the full ecosystem of eSports by investing in its four main pillars, from Competitive Gaming to Content Creation and Tournaments and finally with Lifestyle and Merchandising, this recent acquisition is a new major step towards to becoming a leader in the industry.
The talent that exists in South Asia is limitless, and with Galaxy Racer’s global experience, the new Indian Subsidiary will be empowered to grow exponentially and represent the entire region right from the heart of India.
